The self lubricated gasket is a next generation of "intelligent design" for the pipe and culver relining applications.  This technology enables soil tight, silt tight and watertight joint seals. This gasket is permanently lubricated with a lubricant which can not be wiped or washed off.  This low coefficient of friction lubrication enables assembly of pipe joints without a gasket lubricant.   

Seal-Tite is the latest innovation in truly watertight pipe coupling.  This patented system is a co-extruded polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomeric (TPE) meeting ASTM F477 requirements for rubber gaskets.  The extruded ends are fused together and sent to the end user as a double ended bell coupler.  This product has been recognized as a truly unique innovation in the drainage industry.  Most common uses include repair couplers, coupling for plain end corrugated fittings, pipe couplers. 

When compared to welding a bell and a full size corrugation gasket, this is the lowest cost solution.

Advanced Pipe Products now offers a full line of 4" injection molded fittings.  These high precision fittings feature a smooth interior to improve hydraulics and eliminate expensive hand fabricating fitting.

Injection molded bells are available in sizes ranging from 6" to 36" in diameter.  The fitting flange weld design is the most structurally sound design system for the injection molded bells.  These bells are ideally suited for fitting fabrication and irregular lengths of pipe.  Irregular lengths of pipe are common for maximizing your shipping container volume for overseas shipping.  See the fitting fabrication equipment below for high speed bell welding equipment.

With over 31 molds, APP is sure to have the bell inside diameter and gasket configuration necessary for fitting fabrications and connection to various corrugated HDPE manufacturers.

APP supplies all fabrication equipment necessary to fabricate corrugated HDPE fittings.  This equipment is arguably the best downstream equipment in the corrugated industry.  This complete line of equipment includes saws, spin welders, hop plate welders, and hole saws (as shown right). 

ecoChamber

ecoChamber is a stormwater storage chamber using state-of-the-art material using ecologically sound recycled HDPE materials.  These stormwater chambers are designed to be cost effective and structurally sound.  Two styles of chambers that dominate the industry are the High Capacity and the Low Profile design. 

In addition to the above, APP offers complete technical services which includes site drawings, hydraulic analysis and state of the art finite element analysis conforming to AASHTO LRFD Section 12 requirements.

Trash Guard is a catch basin insert that filters debris and particulate sediments from the stormwater system (see illustration below).  In addition to the filtration of larger particulates from the stormwater, research has shown that debris accumulated in the catch basins form a bio-filtration system that removes nitrates, phosphates, lead, zinc and other heavy metals.  For more information regarding Trash Guard follow the link to the product description page.

Flared End Section

Flared end sections are designed to fit all corrugated HDPE pipe.  The flared end section improves hydraulics while reducing scour associated with high flow rates for culverts.  Carbon black UV inhibitor ensures  long-term service life.  For more information follow the flared end section link to the product page.
