Hole Saws

Hole saws are made to the customer’s specific hole diameter. The hole saws come complete with a pilot drill. Each saw has custom cut teeth and appropriate set teeth to provide clearance during cutting. Large diameter hole saws have an interchangeable mounting flange with a morse taper for fitting into a drill press.

Custom hotplates to match customer’s needs. The hotplates all have replaceable heater elements, and are coated with a high temperature Teflon coating with the maximum heating temperature of 450f degrees. As an option a thermal blanket can be purchased that can be placed on the heat surface at 450f degrees, and both keep the heat in and protect the surface from damage.

• Semi Manual requires a person to load both the bell or coupler and the pipe.

• Aknife trim head pivots up and trims the pipe thru the crest of the pipe beside the rear sidewall to produce a clean welding surface.

• After the trim cycle the spin head starts and moves into and welds the coupler to the end of the pipe.

• This machine is setup to weld both long and short lengths of pipe for fittings or for pipe lengths..
